- Create and execute proven-successful collections procedures
- Create and maintain banking relationships and negotiate lines of
credit, private banking memberships and direct deposit employee banking
benefits
- Establish and Manage Banking Relationships
H/R Management - "No-fee"
Recruiting (pay for time only), interviewing, hiring, performance reviews
- Create, Calculate and/or maintain
vacation and PTO balances
- Create and manage Payroll “by hand” (in
a ledger such as Excel) Use advanced payroll programs such as ADP,
PeopleSoft, QuickBooks/Intuit, Paychex, etc.
- Research, engage and manage benefits
and group insurance policies, 401K providers, Cafeteria 125 Plans
- Create, Audit and/or Update policy and procedure manuals
commensurate with prevailing employment laws and statutes such as ADA, FMLA, CFRA or other
State Leave Plans, EEOC, and OSHA
- Create and administer customized template documents such as
letterhead, memos, business cards, flyers, “One-Sheets”, word processing tests,
grammar tests, typing speed tests, employment applications, employment
contracts, engagement letters, disengagement letters and more
Medical Billing - Private and Direct Bill Medical billing
- HIPPA-certified Case Management Reporting
- Prepare specially coded invoices to government agencies
Not-for-Profit Accounting - Prepare GL and Trial Balance in Preparation for 501c3 Filings
- Properly account for charitable donations
Property Management - Show,
inspect and rent investment properties
- Perform rental property accounting
including applying rental payments and costs and develop profitability
reports based on individual properties
